    Resep Fried Gurami Soup


    Porsi: For 2 persons

    Bahan-bahan

    1. 600 gram fresh gurami, cut into 4 pieces;
    2. marinate with half lemon and salt for 15minutes
    3. 200 gram of carrot; slice into carrot coin
    4. 200 gram of fungus mushroom
    5. 100 gram of tofu; cut into small cube shape
    6. 1000 ml water
    7. 300 ml of cooking oil (I am using soya oil)
    8. 1 tbs of salt (you may add more if you like
    9. salty food; I reduce the salt for healthy purpose)
    10. 2 tbs of salt ebi seasoning
    11. Ground Spices:
    12. 2 tbs of coriander (ketumbar); grill and ground it
    13. 2 pieces of candlenut (kemiri); grill and ground it
    14. 4 cloves of garlic; grill and ground/minced

    Langkah

    1. Boil water with a medium pot

    2. Add all grill and ground spices into the pot

    3. Add carrot and mushroom

    4. Cook with medium heat for boiling

    5. Set aside the soup after boiling

    6. Heat the cooking oil with a pan until 200C

    7. Fried gourami fish in medium heat for 7-10 minutes

    8. Lower the heat and fried the fish until golden brown and fully cooked

    9. Drain with oil filter or paper towels

    10. Shimmer the soup for 5 minutes

    11. Add the fried gurami into boiling soup and shimmer for additional 5 minutes.

    12. Serve with crispy red onion sprinkle (bawang merah goreng)
